Neil Simon, CEO & Chairman

Neil founded Investor Cubed in 2004. His industry experience and broad industry relationships are the cornerstone to Investor Cubed’s business model. His passion for representing clients and their interests is vital to Investor Cubed's successful business culture.

With an established database, along with significant high level contacts, Neil has capabilities to introduce your company to Canada’s large pool of advisors, institutions, high net worth investors, and dealers who invest in the small and mid cap markets. It is these connections that allows Neil to make introductions that might not otherwise be possible.

Neil has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry as a financial advisor, consultant and distributor of financial products.

Jon Gill, Strategic Advisor

An experienced financial consultant in both private and public companies in North America, Asia and Europe. Jon has an extensive background  in working with and building growth oriented companies. An established CEO/Chairman level executive leader with a diverse background in operations with specific experience in technology, materials manufacturing, logistics and expertise in multiple sectors.  A results driven orientation, who has delivered success through problem solving and pragmatic decision making during periods of economic growth or contraction.  Jon can provide the necessary assistance companies may need, with an extensive background in the following areas; Corporate Vision and Strategic/Operational Planning , capital markets- buy and sell side, board governance and management oversight, corporate finance and M&A, global Joint Ventures and Strategic Business Partnership and early Stage Public/Private company roll out and scale.

Demonstrated ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency, as well as bottom-line profit.  Strong qualifications in the implementation and development of financial controls and processes.  Possessing solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Working the most recent 9+ years as a self employed consultant.
