Jan holds an MBA, with an undergraduate foundation in technology management, and has built a career at the intersection of real estate finance and capital markets. His experience spans mortgage finance, high-value real estate transactions, and complex debt structuring, complemented by substantive experience in capital markets, including capital raising, deal sourcing, and engagement with institutions and dealers. Over the course of his career, Jan has cultivated an extensive network across capital markets, providing clients with access to a broad base of dealers, institutions, and private capital.
As Vice President at Investor Cubed, Jan leads the firm's technology and AI initiatives, applying his network and financial expertise across the full scope of I3's operations, from capital markets strategy to client engagement, positioning the firm for continued growth and an expanded footprint.

Sam is a results-oriented sales professional with a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto. He contributes to the firm's corporate advisory mandates through a hands-on approach to market analysis, client service, and sales execution. Sam brings a strong understanding of capital markets and financial products, with experience cultivating and managing relationships with financial institutions and registered advisors. He stays close to sector developments and stock performance, tailoring his outreach and communication accordingly, and plays a key role in supporting the firm's business development strategy.

Neil founded Investor Cubed in 2004 after a successful career in financial services as a financial advisor, consultant, and distributor of financial products. His extensive background and industry relationships are the cornerstone of Investor Cubed's business model. His passion for representing clients and their interests drives Investor Cubed's company culture.
